Michael Scarpino Reps Landlord In 29,000 SF Lease Deal To Show Cigar, Inc.

Michael Scarpino, CCIM of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the landlord in a lease of 28,654 rentable square feet of warehouse and showroom space in the  building to Show Cigar, Inc.
The 5-year lease was completed at the three building, 339,554-square-foot Superior Commerce Park, located at 1551 North Powerline Road, and will commence on November 1, 2015. The tenant was not represented by a broker.
Show Cigar is a wholesaler distributor of grocery and sundry items, selling to convenience stores.  The company is relocating from New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Superior Commerce Park is now 100% leased.
