Motorola Site In Broward Sells For $38 Million

The Motorola Solutions campus located at 8000 West Sunrise Blvd. in Plantation has sold for $38.1 million to an Illinois-based buyer, according to public records.
The new owner of the property, which includes one main building with lots of surrounding surface parking, is a company operating as 8000 West Sunrise, which Torburn Partners manages. Michael K. Burns, the company’s president, signed a mortgage for $29 million from Key Bank for the purchase.
CBRE brokered the sale.
