NAI Miami 'Dynamic Duo' Negotiate 22,000 SF Industrial Deal

NAI Miami‘s Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR teamed up, yet again, for another sizeable industrial deal.

Lucia and Menocal negotiated a five-year, 22,314 square foot industrial lease for Aeromarine Inc. at Westpointe Business Park, located at 8900 Northwest 35^th Lane in Doral.

In late July, the ‘dynamic duo’ negotiated a 30,400 square foot industrial lease for CJ GLS America, Inc. at 6000 Northwest 97^th Avenue in Doral. Custer and Garcia-Menocal represented the tenant in the deal.
