NAI Miami Finds 13,000 SF For Sign Supply Company

NAI Miami announced today that Timothy Merriman, Jr. recently negotiated a five-year, 13,108-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of his client, Grimco, Inc. at Pompano Center of Commerce, located just off NW 15th Avenue in Pompano Beach.
The lease was valued at nearly $500,000.
Grimco, Inc. is a national wholesale sign supply company focused on distributing quality products to the sign industry. The company’s sign supplies include traffic signs and blanks, substrates, digital print media, sign vinyl, inks, sign frames and stands, large and grand format solvent, UV printers and more. They are also an authorized equipment reseller for HP, and Epson. Their branded digital product lines include 3M, Clear Focus, Sihl, RTape, General Formulations, Neschen and Seal. They offer exclusive product lines including Key Banner, Briteline, rad grafix and Max-metal.
