Native Realty Expands Agent Roster

Native Realty, the Jaime Sturgis-led real estate firm, added another passionate Fort Lauderdale native with substantial real estate brokerage experience to its growing team.

New Associate Adam Docktor specializes in retail leasing and investment sales in emerging markets.

Prior to joining Native, Docktor was a Real Estate Advisor with Compass. The move to Native allows Docktor to focus exclusively on commercial real estate and development sites. His previous affiliations include Re/Max and Mizner Bass Realty.

“Adam is an ideal addition to the Native family,” Sturgis said. “He shares our enthusiasm for shaping the neighborhoods we live and spend time in. With Native’s infrastructure, marketing and spirit of collaboration, talented associates like Adam can maximize their potential.”

Docktor has been very active in downtown Fort Lauderdale, where he just represented both sides of the $3 million sale of a Flagler Village property and served as a tenant representative in ice cream parlor Razzleberry’s new lease in Fort Lauderdale’s Victoria Park.

A graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business, Docktor earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.

Last year, Native relocated its corporate headquarters to a new Fort Lauderdale office that is double the size of its previous headquarters. The 4,000-square-foot office is located at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in Victoria Park.
