Native Realty Successfully Brokers Sale Of Oakland Park Restaurant Property

Native Realty brokered the sale of a freestanding restaurant building located at 3419 & 3451 N. Andrews Ave. in Oakland Park.

The transaction closed July 24.

Native CEO Jaime Sturgis and Associate Chris Penland represented seller Kilkenny, LLC in the sale to buyer Johnson’s Legacy Wealth Management Group, Inc. The 9,573-square-foot building, best known as the former home of Stout Bar & Grill, sold for $3.72 million.

The site consists of two contiguous parcels with prime frontage along North Andrews Avenue. The freestanding building includes a fully equipped restaurant space with a full bar, kitchen and equipment, along with monument signage and strong daily traffic counts, positioning it as an ideal candidate for stable income with value-add upside.

This sale adds to a wave of significant commercial real estate activity along the North Andrews Avenue corridor. Just across the street, a retail center recently traded for more than $17 million, showing investor confidence in the Oakland Park submarket.

“Oakland Park is quietly becoming one of the more compelling commercial real estate investment stories in Broward County,” Sturgis said. “In this new transaction, you have a freestanding, well-located asset with a strong history and real upside potential, directly across from a newly acquired retail center. That kind of activity signals where investor attention is heading.”

To support its continued growth, Native is actively interviewing senior commercial real estate brokers to meet rising demand from its expanding client base. The firm is seeking hungry, self-motivated, top-producing brokers whose passion and work ethic align with Native’s collaborative, high-performance culture.
