Native Realty Expands Team

Native Realty, the Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm led by Jaime Sturgis, bolstered its team of property enthusiasts with the addition of real estate associates Sarah and Jeremiah Adler.

The duo brings vast experience in raising capital, property acquisitions, lease negotiations, tenant improvements, permitting and much more. At Native, the Adlers will focus on retail and restaurant leasing.

Hailing from California before relocating to South Florida, the Adlers are passionate entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Native Realty, the dynamic duo co-founded and led UP(st)ART Creative Living, a highly successful property management company that leased thousands of units in hundreds of buildings.

As the company’s leaders, the Adlers played a pivotal role in the growth of UP(st)ART Creative Living from its inception in 2016 to its remarkable success in 2023. Under their leadership, UP(st)ART Creative Living achieved exponential growth, boasting a $3.3 million annual run rate, operating in eight locations and serving 400 members.

Building on their accomplishments at UP(st)ART Creative Living, the Adlers also co-founded Peach Apartment and Homes, a property management and apartment leasing company. The company saw year-over-year growth in its client base and successfully leased hundreds of apartments and homes in the Greater Los Angeles area, showcasing a knack for client acquisition and property management.

“The entrepreneurial mindset of Sarah and Jeremiah Adler aligns perfectly with Native Realty’s mission to provide innovative and personalized solutions for real estate clients,” Sturgis said. “They are committed to excellence and have relentless dedication toward everything they do.”
