Office Condo Fetches $2.2 Million

Michael Scarpino, CCIM and Jennifer Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., represented the seller, 1st United Bank of Boca Raton, Florida, in the sale of a previously foreclosed office condominium, for $2,225,000 or $101.57 per square foot.
The property consisted of the entire 3rd floor, 21,906 square feet, of the Atria in Pembroke Pines Professional Plaza, Phase II, located at 18501 Pines Boulevard.  The built-out suite included 10 reserved, covered parking spaces.
The property was sold to UDSS Investments, LLC. The buyer plans to occupy a portion of the space and rent out the rest. The buyer was represented by Peter Medina of True Quest Realty, Pembroke Pines, Florida.
