Quest Workspaces Doubles Footprint In West Palm Beach, Grows 50% In One Year

Quest Workspaces, a leading developer and operator of imaginative flexible workspaces in South Florida and New York, has expanded its office location in West Palm Beach. Quest is now occupying 25,947 square feet, more than double its previous size of 12,783 square feet.

Quest West Palm Beach is located at 515 N. Flagler Drive in Downtown West Palm Beach, which has recently become known as “Wall Street South” due to an influx of financial companies moving from the northeast. The expansion also comes at a time when direct vacancies in the market are below 6% according to a JLL report.

“The South Florida office market seems to be an anomaly, where absorption rates continue climbing and there are virtually no signs of a downturn,” said founder and CEO Laura Kozelouzek, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and flexible workspace industries. “West Palm Beach is thriving. Our location is home to our members called “Questers” who represent diverse companies and industries from all over the world. We love diversity in all its forms and couldn’t be happier to be strengthening our roots in West Palm Beach.”

The 21-story LEED-certified building is situated in a prime location at the foot of the North Bridge that connects to the island of Palm Beach, just one block from the Palm Beach County Courthouse and within walking distance of the Brightline station and iTHINK Amphitheatre.

Quest Workspaces has been a tenant of the building for nearly 10 years and has a strong, long-standing relationship with its landlord Chuck Gillum, the asset manager at Vanderbilt Office Properties, which owns the building.

As the largest female-owned shared workspace brand in the U.S., Quest Workspaces continues to buck industry trends. With an average occupancy rate of 92% nationally, the company is experiencing unprecedented growth. Its mission is not just to provide office space, conference rooms and business equipment to Questers;  it seeks to nurture individuals enabling them to thrive in their businesses – and their well-being. Self-funded, the company structure allows Quest to offer Questers customized services and benefits that other organizations may not be able to. In fact, Quest was named one of INC’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
