RWNK's Morrison Sells Former Vocational School

Frank Morrison, Executive Associate with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., represented the Seller, M3HNR Management, in the recent sale of the former ATI vocational school for $2,100,000.
The ±26,000-square-foot vocational school building is located at 3505 NW 9^th Avenue (a/k/a Powerline Road) in Oakland Park.
The Buyer, Pimo Capital Management, was represented by Pimo Capital, LLC.
The Buyers Group recently purchased the adjacent Oakland Commerce Center.
Pimo Capital’s plans for the school were not disclosed.
