Seagis Property Group Lands National Credit Tenant Best Buy

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Vice President Jonathan Thiel, Senior Vice President Keith R. Graves, CCIM and Sales Associates Daniel Forman represented the landlord, SPG 2765 SW 36TH ST, LLC, in executing a lease for a 81,199-square-foot parcel, which includes a 7,737-square-foot improved office and warehouse facility for Best Buy Stores, LP at Seagis Dania Beach Cottage, located at 2765 SW 36th Street in Dania Beach.

Will Falero and Jeremy Scheck with Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.

Seagis Dania Beach Cottage is a fully-secured, single-user industrial facility with an oversized 1.89-acre lot. The 7,737-square-foot building includes a 1,737-square-foot office and a 6,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned warehouse which features 3 grade-level drive-in doors and a large outside storage/parking lot. The property offers convenient access to I-95, State Road 84, I-595, US 441 and, Florida’s Turnpike as well as Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.
