SRS Real Estate Partners Adds SVP To Growing South Florida Office

SRS Real Estate Partners recently added Will Crowden as senior vice president in the South Florida office. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation, specializing in retail site selection and the sale and leasing of retail properties.

With a reputation of being a national retail specialist, Will joins SRS with 21 years of experience representing both established and emerging brands in their national, regional, and new market roll-out plans. Recently relocated from Chicago, he worked with Baum Realty Group as a managing director. There, he exclusively represented many notable retailers such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Marathon Petroleum (Speedway), Tao Group Hospitality, Foss Swim School, Blaze Pizza, PDQ, Mario Tricoci, MedSpring (now Midwest Express Clinic), Green Thumb Industries, Avenue, Shopko Optical, and Tide Dry Cleaners. He worked diligently with clients to negotiate purchases, leases, renewals, lease extensions, and relocations. One of his more remarkable accomplishments was as a member of the team that secured the lease transaction for the Starbucks Flagship Roastery on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, which is the largest single Starbucks location in the world.

Will has additionally worked exclusively with several notable property owners including Macerich, The Sterling Bay Companies, Crow Holdings Capital, and Newcastle Limited. His work also includes disposition services for bank clients such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase Bank, and MB Financial (now Fifth Third Bancorp).

Will is a graduate of Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. He is a member of ICSC and on ICSC’s Government Relations Committee. He has served on the Board of Directors at The Chicago Association of REALTORS® for two consecutive terms and was also the 2012 and 2013 Chair of CAR’s Commercial Forum Committee.
