SRS Real Estate Partners Brokers Sale Of Bank Of America Plaza In Plantation

SRS Real Estate Partners has completed the $7.375 million sale of the Bank of America Plaza located at 7001 West Broward Boulevard, in Plantation.

The property includes five acres of vacant land and an existing 13,000 square foot building built in 2004 occupied by Bank of America, currently the only tenant.

In an off-market transaction, SRS guided the seller through a short due diligence time frame.

SRS’ Brandon Woulfe represented the seller, 7001 Plantation 2009, LP. The buyer was Barron Real Estate represented by Don Ginsburg with Katalyst Real Estate.
