SVN Commercial Partners ROI Group (Retail, Office, and Industrial) negotiated the successful sale of Miami Beach Executive Office, located at 960 Arthur Godfrey Rd in Miami Beach.

The 17,228-square-foot property sold for $8,025,000 by Yair Gretah to The Haimov Group with the sale price eclipsing $465 per square foot.

Both parties were represented by Adam H. Klein, Elon Gerberg, and Arjun Arora.

Miami Beach Executive Office was attractive to many investors and developers due to the combination of recent property improvements, diverse tenant base featuring medical and service-oriented businesses, along with its proximity to key developments like 42 Pine and the
Mount Sinai Medical Center expansion enhancing the property’s long-term investment potential.
