The company has franchise commitments for an additional 200 locations and have recently moved its corporate headquarters to South Florida.

The Davis Plumbing portfolio includes properties at 1404 NE 4th Ave, 1408 NE 4th Ave and a land parcel at the NWC of NE 5th Ave & NE 14th Street.
Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE represented the landlord, GPT SW 12TH AVENUE OWNER LLC, in the lease deal.

Judith (Judy) A. Dolan, Senior Vice President with Levy Realty Advisors, LLC, and Stephen Hyatt, Senior Vice President with Berger Commercial Realty, joined forces to sell the two adjoining properties in Fort Lauderdale.

The buyer intends to renovate and lease the property.
