CITY Furniture, one of Florida’s largest home furnishing retailers, continues its noteworthy expansion across the state and signed a long-term lease to fully occupy Building C. The national Top 25 furniture retail company will utilize the space as a new distribution center.
Brenda Gonzalez will assist the Miami Development Team with entitlement, construction and completion of existing projects, as well as due diligence on new deals.
