According to property records, Kurv Industrial acquired the portfolio for $219.7 million, marking South Florida’s largest industrial deal this year.
The transaction pencils out to approximately $266 per square foot.
The portfolio was 91% occupied at the time of sale with 21 tenants.
The portfolio consists of two separate industrial parks, each featuring two dock-high front-load small bay warehouses.
The deal includes three warehouses totaling approximately 458,000 square feet.
The building features 24’ clear span heights, a 335’ building depth, 49 loading positions, and 95’ to 150’ truck court depths.
The facility was 100% leased to 12 tenants that are critical to the local economy and service the immediate area.
