CBRE also announced that in the past six months, Kevin Gonzalez, Jake Freeman and Maggie Kurtz have arranged nine new office leases totaling 92,000 square feet at 777 Brickell.
The new deals include an 18,842-square-foot 10-year lease with Valley National Bank, a 9,717-square-foot 10-year lease with Rosenbaum LLP and a 9,648-square-foot long-term lease with Morgan & Morgan.
The portfolio sold for $49 million.
CBRE’s Mike Oretsky, Tom O’Loughlin, and Larry Genet and Berger Commercial’s Jonathan Thiel and Keith Graves represented the tenants in the lease deals.
The purchase price amounts to $234 per square foot.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Wayne Ramoski and Miguel Alcivar represented the seller, DFJ Properties West, LLC, in the transaction.
Anthony Librizzi and Tara England of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Colonnade Properties, in the lease negotiations.
Lee & Associates South Florida President Matthew Rotolante and Vice President Conner Milford represented tenants in the deals.
The new-to-market financial tenant brings the building to 96% leased.
