The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team – Christopher Thomson, Alex VanDresser, Rick Etner, Chris Metzger and Matt McAllister – represented the landlord, Cabot Properties, in the lease negotiations.
Jason Hochman, Mike Ciadella and Ron Granite of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity Debt and Structured Finance team secured the new long-term, non-recourse loan through BankUnited.
The project is on a fast-track for completion in the second quarter of 2021.
He’s bringing with him about 3 million square feet of office inventory and will continue to represent landlords.
His responsibilities will include business development and assisting clients in procuring debt and equity solutions across all commercial property groups. He will work out of the Boca Raton office.
Calum Weaver, Robert Given, Zach Sackley, Troy Ballard and Garrett Pordes of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee marketing efforts.
The firm will be relocating from its current location at 200 East Broward Boulevard.
