Bridge signed a 12,000-square-foot deal with Kahane and Associates, P.A., a consumer finance litigation law firm relocating from Plantation, and a 15,000-square-foot lease with Acentria Insurance, an insurance company relocating from Fort Lauderdale.
Jason Hochman and Ron Granite of Cushman & Wakefield secured $46.3 million in acquisition financing through Argentic Investment Management on behalf of the buyers.
The team completed some of Broward County’s largest deals in 2020 with 36 transactions totaling 259,765 square feet of leases.
