CompHealth Lease 34,000 Square Feet
CompHealth, one of America’s largest healthcare staffing firms, signed a 33,663-square-foot lease at Atlantech Tower, located at 6451 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale.
CompHealth currently occupies space in the building and will be expanding into this new space on the 11th floor. Other tenants in the building include Whole Foods and Intermedix Corporation.
Deanna Lobinsky and Chase Kulp with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, New Boston Fund, Inc. in the deal.
The 12-story, 413,426-square-foot office building was built in 1973.
