C&W Leases 23,500 SF To Garage Door Company

Cushman & Wakefield assisted Cabot Properties in leasing the final 23,471 square feet at its Lewis Terminals Distribution Center in Riviera Beach.
Senior Director Christopher Thomson and Associate Director Matthew McAllister, Executive Director Richard Etner, and Executive Director Christopher Metzger represented Cabot in securing a lease with Amarr Garage Doors. Amarr will begin tenancy in July.
Established in 1951, Kansas-based Amarr is one of the world’s leading brands in design, manufacturing and distribution of sectional doors for residential garages, condominiums, commercial buildings, shopping malls, warehouses, and other industrial applications.
Lewis Terminals, located at 1301 West 13th Street, is a 47,156-square-foot flex facility built in 2008. The facility is now 100 percent leased.
 

“With grade- and dock-level loading, a secure truck court, and available built-to-suit first-generation space, Lewis Terminals was a great value in today’s market,” said McAllister.
