The exclusive leasing team for the project, JLL’s Sky Groden, SIOR; Ken Morris, SIOR; and Jeremy Cain, represented Bridge Industrial in the lease transaction. The tenant was represented by Rick Etner and Nicolas Reid of Cushman & Wakefield.
Before joining Transwestern, he served as Executive Managing Director and Principal at Colliers, overseeing approximately 400 professionals while leading Atlanta’s operations and partnership.
JLL is the real estate and development advisor for the project that will feature luxury restaurants, entertainment and hotel accommodations.
The Art Deco retail property spans 35,240-square feet and is currently 98% leased to a premier tenant roster, including H&M, which anchors the property.
The Coral Gables listing follows a series of notable divestitures by DWS in the region.
The eight-story property includes 111,400 square feet of office space, 26,700 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 499-space parking garage.
In his new role, he will work alongside Greg Katz, Shay Pope, Jason Warren, and Carlyle Coffin to grow the firm’s tenant representation platform.
The 235,000-square-foot property sold for approximately $372 per square foot.
