JLL Leases Out 132,000 SF South Florida Industrial Facility To Single Occupier

John Criddle, Joseph Freitas, and Max Pawk with CBRE facilitated lease negotiations on behalf of ownership, South Florida-based real estate investment group Grover Corlew.
Both join JLL from CBRE where they spent the last six years.
The four-building development is expected to break ground this September.
Her responsibilities will encompass overseeing all marketing efforts and operations at BBX Logistics Properties. She will be responsible for BBX Logistics Properties strategic marketing campaign across various channels to further enhance brand awareness and opportunities for growth.
The tenants will occupy a combined 7,400 square feet at the soon-to-be-completed mixed-use development.
Representing the Park in both transactions were Ryan Goggins and Peter Apol of Sunbeam Properties and Jonathan Kingsley of Colliers. John Marshall of JLL represented one of the tenants.
The lease is the largest office lease signed in northern Palm Beach County in more than two years, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
Prior to joining JLL, he began his career in property management with Colliers before moving into retail brokerage with past positions held at Colliers, CBRE, and JLL over the past eight years.
The 157-room hotel underwent a property-wide renovation in 2016 that repositioned the hotel as a luxury lifestyle, industry-leading hotel in the market.
