The buildings feature 24’ clear ceilings in the warehouse, 10 exterior dock-high loading doors, a backup generator and 100% air-conditioning in the warehouse.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates South Florida, he served as Senior Associate at Apex Capital Realty and worked closely with CBRE, managing a national bank portfolio spanning three states and 150 locations.
He will work closely with Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Bert Checa, who heads up the firm’s Office Landlord Agency and Tenant Representation team.
His past and present tenant representative clients include Citizens Bank, Home Depot, Hyatt Hotels, McDonald’s, Morton’s Steakhouse, Jos A Bank, Skechers and Yankee Candle.
Everett has completed more than $650 million in transactions throughout his career.
Principal Greg Milopoulos and Vice President Christian Baena completed the transaction and have been retained by the new owner to lease the warehouse building.
The company plans to build a sterile compounding facility in the space to manufacture and pack prescriptions.
