Decorated Commercial Real Estate Broker Joins Lee & Associates South Florida As Principal

Lee & Associates South Florida continues to attract top commercial real estate talent to join its growing roster. Another accomplished industry professional, Michael Hinton, CCIM, is the firm’s newest Principal.

Based in Miami, Hinton has more than 25 years of experience specializing in investment sales. He is the 2025 President-Elect of the Florida chapter of influential industry organization CCIM. Hinton’s transaction output exceeds $200 million in total value.

Hinton is a sought-after advisor for a wide range of clients, including Union Planters Bank/Regions Bank, Commercebank/Mercantil Bank and Principal Global Real Estate Investments.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates South Florida, Hinton served as Senior Associate at Apex Capital Realty and worked closely with CBRE, managing a national bank portfolio spanning three states and 150 locations. Hinton’s experience extends to leading teams as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Weichert Realtors Best Beach, where he built and trained a group of commercial agents.

Hinton’s industry accolades include winning the 2022 Commercial Realtor of the Year honor from Miami Commercial Realtors and a 2024 CREXi Platinum Broker Award.
