The load bearing, tilt-wall structure is scheduled to be delivered in the second half of 2023.
The 103,000-square-foot warehouse project is a joint venture between Orlando-based Cadence Development Partners and New York-based Clarion Partners.
Miller began the site work in January and aims to complete the project this summer.
