The firm moved from Palmetto Park City Center at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road.

The new-to-market financial tenant brings the building to 96% leased.
Windstar Cruises will be relocating its corporate headquarters, including 30 to 40 employees, from Seattle to the six-story building.
Christian Lee, José Lobón and Marcos Minaya of CBRE Capital Markets, and Jay Adams with Newmark represented the seller, Encore Capital Management, in the transaction.
Newmark’s Managing Director Clay Sidner represented the tenant in the transaction. CBRE’s Senior Vice President Maggie Kurtz and Vice President Kevin Gonzalez represented the landlord.
The deals bring the 25-story, 387,402-square-foot “Class A” office community to over 50% leased following its November 2020 delivery.
