Terranova Secures $13M LexisNexis Lease

MIAMI BEACH – Terranova Corp. announced that LexisNexis has signed a 10-year lease renewal at Meridian Commercial Office Complex at 6601 Park of Commerce Boulevard in Boca Raton. Terranova Senior Commercial Associate Gordon Messinger represented the landlord in the 61,524sf transaction valued at more than $13 million.
LexisNexis is a global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions designed specifically for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting, and academic markets.
LexisNexis will continue to occupy the entire building, which is home to the company’s Risk Solutions division.
