The Fitzgerald Group Grows Management And Leasing Teams

The Fitzgerald Group recently announced the addition of Jennifer L. Moran and Peter Garcia.

Jennifer has joined The Fitzgerald Group, Inc. as Sales Manager for both the Fort Lauderdale and the Boca Raton office.  She is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales forces, along with sharing her input to produce successful marketing projects.  Additionally, she will be responsible for recruiting and training additional sales staff.
Born and raised in South Florida, Jennifer has a vast amount of commercial real estate experience in the market and has watched the area develop.  She has held her Florida real estate license for 11 years and her broker’s license for 9 years specializing in the retail sector establishing key relationships with National, Regional and Local retailers, brokers, owner developers, and other shopping center industry and office professionals.
Jennifer is adept in all stages of the leasing process, from initial negotiations to closing, including lease drafting. She is well versed in the intricacies and legal ramifications of the lease documents, and has negotiated leases with local, regional and national tenants.  Additionally, Jennifer has not only represented landlords; but, also tenants.
Prior to joining to The Fitzgerald Group, Jennifer worked for US Capital Holdings, Schmier & Feurring Properties in Boca Raton and Turnberry Associates in Aventura.
Professionally, Jennifer is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has been honored by CoStar as a “Power Broker”.
Ms. Moran attended Broward College and later graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Management.

Born and raised in Miami, Peter Garcia joins The FitzGerald Group as Broker Associate.  Garcia has a unique understanding of Miami’s diverse and rapid growing real estate market. Peter attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and later graduated from Florida International University. Peter has used his unique understanding of Miami’s diverse market to help new and established businesses with the purchase, lease and management of their real estate assets.
Holding a Florida real estate license for over 6 years and a Florida real estate Brokers license for 3 years, Peter has specialized in the industrial sector providing organizations with the representation for their leasing, sales, purchases, management and build outs for their properties.
Prior to joining The Fitzgerald Group, Peter was partnered in two start up real estate firms and is accredited with building the teams and client network that make those companies multi-million dollar businesses today.
