Transwestern's Miami Industrial Team Ranked Among Nation's Top In Leasing

Transwestern’s Miami office today announces its South Florida Industrial Team was recognized as one of the top U.S. brokers for their extensive transactional leasing volume over the last year.
Senior Managing Directors, Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg, Senior Vice President Thomas Kresse and Senior Associate Carlos Gaviria were ranked 12th on Real Estate Forum’s Top 20 Industrial Brokers list.
 

“Sharing the national stage among the country’s most prolific industrial leasing players is an honor for our team,” said Byrd, adding “this period of sustained economic growth and focus on industrial by capital sources across the spectrum expanded our transaction volume across the US and led to record volumes
for the team.”

The firm’s nationwide acknowledgement are for those transactions closed during the 12-months ending June 2015 during which time the Transwestern team executed more than 60 industrial leases with an aggregate dollar volume in excess of $111 million.
In addition to the South Florida team, Transwestern’s Houston-based team ranked as No. 8 on the list.
