Tristan Zarate Joins Sperry Van Ness South's Industrial Team

Sperry Van Ness South is delighted to announce that Tristan Zarate has joined our Industrial Sales Team.
Tristan Zarate joins Sperry Van Ness South as a Senior Advisor, specializing in the Airport West Industrial Market.  Tristan has a proven track record of maximizing value for owners and landlords. Furthermore, he has built a robust tenant representation practice.

Prior to joining SVN South, Tristan worked as an Industrial Associate at Metro 1 Properties, where he focused on South Florida’s most active industrial real estate markets, including Airport West, Doral, Hialeah and Medley.  Most recently, Zarate assisted Academica, a national charter school, in the acquisition of a $2.3 million warehouse. Moreover, he facilitated a long-term lease of a 40,000 square foot warehouse to an international recycling company, and a 5 year lease of a 14,000 SF warehouse to Allied Construction, a multi-national company, in Miami’s Airport West Market.
Zarate draws on his more than 25 years of experience in banking, consulting and international trade to provide the highest level of personalized service to his list of clientele. Tristan is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, which functions as an added benefit to his clients in the Miami market place. Beyond his experience in commercial real estate, Tristan has worked as a business strategy advisor on behalf of numerous global corporations including Wal-Mart, Fed Ex, Boeing, Bechtel, Nucor Steel, Microsoft, and Apple.
Tristan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American University, Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont.
