Matthew Rotolante, CCIM, SIOR, Earns 'Top Producer' Honor

Matthew Rotolante, CCIM, SIOR, Managing Director of the Sperry Van Ness Miami office, earned SVN Florida’s “Top Producer” recognition through the first half of the year.
The semi-annual ranking is based on overall transaction performance.
SVN Florida conducts the ranking at mid-year and year-end to highlight the successes and achievements of its more than 90 advisors.
A consistent top performer, Rotolante provides expert consultation for all asset types with a deep understanding of entitlements, zoning, market trends, financial analysis and other value add services. Rotolante is the immediate past president of the Miami CCIM District and is a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Of note, four of the Top 10 advisors hailed from the Sarasota office, an example of the growing southwest market and success of the Sarasota team. Advisors Clint Conway, Gail Bowden, Bob Morris and Peter Bartys earned the No. 2, 3, 7 and 10 spots, respectively.
Also included in the Top 10 list of Advisors were Natvar Nana at No. 4 and Miguel de Arcos at No. 6, both from the Orlando office;  Keith  Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM, at No. 5, and Les Byron, SIOR, CCIM, at No. 9, from the Fort Lauderdale office; and Mark Alexander, CCIM, at No. 8, operating from Miami.
