Trucking Company Takes 40,000 SF

GLB Trucking is moving from their existing location in Palmetto Lakes to the Southeastern Headquarters Building in Sunshine State International Park, just off the Golden Glades Interchange in Miami Gardens.
The company, a specialist in the delivery and installation of extremely high end designer home furnishings, leased 39,614 square feet of warehouse/office space at 1400 NW 159th Street for 5 years and 4 months.
Ted Konigsberg of  Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord, Groupe Pacific in the transaction, and Brian Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
