Twisted Trunk Brewery Inks Palm Beach Gardens Deal

An affiliate of Tequesta Brewing Co. has signed a lease deal at the City Centre, located at 2000 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
The deal announced by brokerage firm NAI/ Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. has Twisted Trunk leasing 5,772 square feet. The microbrewery will offer dozens of craft beers brewed on site, fermented in  tanks of up to 1,700 gallons in size that can be viewed from the bar area. In addition to a bar/lounge area, a patio area will have approximately 40 seats.
The microbrewery lease deal is part of a burgeoning microbrewery movement taking hold in Palm Beach County. The Brewers Association notes that there are more than 90 microbreweries/brewpubs currently in the planning stages statewide in Florida, which will more than double the current number of existing breweries.

“A microbrewery is a strong draw for consumers these days, and represents an excellent addition to a mixed-use center,” says Steve Paige, managing director at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. “Twisted Trunk will have a prime location at one of the most visible intersections in Palm Beach County.”

Paige and Lesley Sheinberg of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman are in charge of leasing at City Centre, which totals 93,700 square feet.
