Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont), Butters Construction & Development (Butters) and PCCP, LLC (PCCP) together have completed a 303,364-square-foot industrial facility within the Palm Beach Park of Commerce (PBPOC).

Located at 15430 Corporate Road North in Jupiter, this is the first of eight planned buildings as part of the larger PBPOC development where Woodmont and Butters are developing over 2 million square feet of industrial real estate.

Anthony Amadeo, Executive Vice President at Woodmont_Photo Credit LinkedIn“Palm Beach County is one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions, driven by strong demand for industrial and distribution space and a thriving population and business environment,” said Anthony Amadeo, Executive Vice President at Woodmont. “With its versatile facilities and access to a skilled labor pool, the Palm Beach Park of Commerce is an ideal location for companies expanding into the area. We’re proud to continue our partnership with Butters and PCCP as we celebrate the completion of 15430 Corporate Road North, and we’re confident this facility will be well-received by both the market and the community. We look forward to continuing to deliver Class A industrial space to meet the region’s growing needs.”

15430 Corporate Road North features 40’ clear heights, 60’ speed bays, 43 dock high doors, 2 drive-in doors and 136’ truck courts. The property also offers ample surface parking, including 26 trailer parking spaces.

Woodmont, Butters and PCCP acquired the site in December 2021 and began construction in July 2023. Cushman & Wakefield’s Christopher Thomson and Christopher Metzger are the exclusive leasing agents for the property.

The 1,300-acre master-planned PBPOC is a premier business hub offering rail service, foreign trade zones, heavy industrial/manufacturing, outdoor storage options and convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, Interstate 95, Bee Line Highway and the Port of Palm Beach. In November 2023, Woodmont and Butters completed the nearby Corporate Logistics Center, adding 252,848 square feet of industrial space to the PBPOC and the broader Palm Beach County market.

Under the leadership of Amadeo and Executive Vice President Lewis Zlotnick, Woodmont has remained active in South Florida, with several key acquisitions, groundbreakings and project completions over the past year. In September 2024, Woodmont and Butters broke ground on an 84,000-square-foot distribution park in Pompano, and in February 2024, they celebrated the full lease-up of 7th Avenue Logistics, a new 75,989-square-foot Class A warehouse and distribution facility in Lake Worth. Construction is also underway for a Fort Myers, FL project, which will deliver 2.1 million square feet across 14 buildings over the next three years.
