Wynwood Portfolio Sells For More Than $7M

A portfolio of six buildings on North Miami Avenue in Wynwood has sold for $7.4 million.
Adam Greenberg, Michael Lapointe, Robi Das, Krystelle Lopez and Mariano Perez of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Markets brokered the transaction, which involves a combined square footage of 18,026 square feet.
The properties that sold were leased to a mix of tenants.
