396 Alhambra Inks Two New Deals

The 396 Alhambra Circle office tower has signed two new tenants, bringing total occupancy close to 50 percent.
Accounting firm Gables Estates Tax & Advisory Services signed a lease for 1,080 square feet at the project’s South Tower, which opened in August 2011. The other new tenant is Ecuadorean bank Banco Pichincha, which is moving its agency office from Sabadell Financial Center, located at 1111 Brickell to 396 Alhambra’s North Tower, which is slated for completion in the spring.
Banco Pichincha currently occupies approximately 6,600 square feet at Sabadell, according to FloridaCIE data.
Danet Linares, David Valdez and Andres del Corral represented 396 Alhambra in the deals, and Studley’s Tom Capocefalo, Chris Harak and John Esposito represented Banco Pichincha. Gables Estates did not have a tenant’s agent.
