Codina Names New Leasing Agents To Lease Downtown Doral Offices

Codina Partners has named Fairchild Partners the exclusive leasing agent for its Downtown Doral commercial holdings, CEO Armando Codina announced today.
The 852,436-square-foot portfolio includes seven existing office buildings and one planned building.
Fairchild Founder Jose Juncadella will head a leasing team comprised of senior brokers Maria Juncadella and Tony Puente.
Juan Ruiz served as director of Codina Realty Services where he was in charge of leasing Codina Partners-owned properties including the 120-acre mixed-use Downtown Doral development, prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
Codina said it expected to name other brokers for Downtown Doral’s residential and retail portfolios.
