Blanca Named Leasing Agent For Two Miami Office Buildings

Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for two Miami office buildings: the 105,041 square foot Airport Financial Center and the 12,219 square foot building at 2500 Coral Way. Airport Financial Center is a 10-story office building located adjacent to Miami International Airport; 2500 Coral Way is a single-user office building in Miami’s centrally located Coral Way submarket.
These new assignments grow the Blanca Commercial Real Estate leasing portfolio to 1.3 million square feet of office space within two and a half years of the firm’s April 2009 launch.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Danet Linares and Associate Andres del Corral will spearhead leasing and marketing for both properties.

2500 Coral Way is a two-story office building located at 2500 SW 3rd Avenue in Miami’s Coral Way submarket. The property is ideal for single user occupancy. The building has a prominent corner location and is just two blocks from Interstate-95, less than one mile from Brickell Avenue and less than three miles from Coral Gables’ central business district. Amenities include floor to ceiling windows, a large kitchen and lounge area and ample parking in a partially covered, private parking lot.
