Related Taps Blance CRE To Lease 444 Brickell

Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 444 Brickell, a 200,379 square foot office building in the heart of the city’s Brickell Financial District.
The leasing assignment follows Related Group’s acquisition of the building in late 2013.
Related is currently planning a phased re-development of the 3.9-acre site, which also includes the adjacent 77-99 S.E. 5^th Street building measuring 101,902 square feet. Related Group unveiled plans for the mixed-use “One Brickell” mega project late last year.
Well known for its prominent location where Brickell Avenue and the Central Business District meet, 444 Brickell underwent a significant capital improvement program in late 2011 that included updates to the building’s common areas, lobby, corridors and restrooms. The building is perhaps best known as being the home of Miami’s popular The Capital Grille restaurant.
The Blanca Commercial Real Estate team of Juan Ruiz, Andres del Corral and Danet Linares will lead the leasing and marketing effort on behalf of the building’s ownership.
