Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Town Center One, a 210,992 square foot, 24-story, class A office building in Miami-Dade County’s Downtown Dadeland/Kendall market.
Developed by Dayco Group, Town Center One was completed at the end of 2009 and has since attracted a strong roster of tenants accounting for roughly 112,000 rentable square feet, more than half of the building’s total square footage.
The assignment was announced by Franco D’Agostino, chairman and CEO of Dayco. Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside Executive Vice President Danet Linares and Associate Andres del Corral.
Town Center One is 52 percent occupied, with major companies including BMI Companies, Clear Choice Dental, Commerce Evolution, Inca Investments and executive suites operator Anex Offices. Approximately 98,000 square feet of space is available for lease, including 52,000 square feet on three contiguous floors, which ranks among the largest blocks of available class A space outside the Miami Central Business District. An additional full floor in the same elevator bank is also available for lease.
“As major corporate users increasingly look to Miami as a regional headquarters city, class A buildings offering significant blocks of contiguous space will remain in high-demand,” said Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca.
Town Center One is located directly off Kendall Drive at 8950 Southwest 74 Court in Miami.
