Fingerlakes Warehouses Sells For $7.75M In All Cash Deal Led By Blanca Commercial Real Estate

Blanca Commercial Real Estate announced the sale of Fingerlakes Warehouses.

The property sold for $7.75 million in a cash deal.

Representing the seller, Fingerlakes Warehouse Corporation, was Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Andres del Corral. The property was sold to Level II West LLC, which was represented by Luisa Nichols of Keller Williams Capital.
