ADP Relocates Miami Office Location To 78,315 SF Space At Waterford Business District

Blanca Commercial Real Estate announced that ADP, a global leader in HR and payroll solutions, has signed a long-term, 78,315-square-foot lease at Waterford Business District (WBD) in Miami for its new ADP Miami office location.

Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s team of Juan Ruiz, Andres del Corral, Jack Davidson, Tere Blanca, and Jessy Aguila represented the property ownership. Blanca CRE serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the WBD portfolio.

The announcement follows a wave of recent leasing momentum at WBD, marked by Carnival Corporation’s recent relocation to the campus and strengthened by commitments from Assurant, Verizon, and other major firms. Together, these moves highlight the district’s growing reputation as a premier destination for global companies seeking modern, amenity-rich office environments in Miami.

Spanning 250 acres, Waterford Business District offers more than 3 million square feet of Class A office space, including seven marquee buildings totaling 1.65 million square feet under joint venture ownership.

ADP’s Miami office will relocate from its current location at 10200 Sunset Drive in Miami to WBD’s campus at NW 65th Avenue and NW 7th Street, adjacent to Miami International Airport.
