FECR Leases Over 19,000 SF At Panorama Tower, 1101 Brickell
Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) announced seven commercial leases and renewals totaling approximately 19,000 square feet across its Panorama Tower and 1101 Brickell properties, highlighting continued demand for premier office and retail space in Brickell’s urban core.
Headlining the activity is Nude Miami, a boutique organic grocer and café, which signed a 4,720-square-foot lease at Panorama Tower, FECR’s flagship property. Nude Miami will serve as an anchor retail tenant, bringing a curated selection of organic groceries with clean ingredients, prepared foods, juices, smoothies, coffee, and matcha, catering to Brickell’s growing population of health-conscious residents and professionals.

At 1101 Brickell, FECR completed multiple new leases and renewals, totaling approximately 14,400 square feet. Renewals included FCC Construction (4,971 sq. ft.) and Burstyn Law (2,765 sq. ft.). New leases included Hurricane Capital (2,445 sq. ft.), Edward Jones (1,642 sq. ft.), Savile Nexus (1,591 sq. ft.), and Eco Wave (995 sq. ft.).
Both the North and South Tower lobbies at 1101 Brickell were recently renovated, enhancements that have contributed to increased tenant interest and leasing activity.
Colliers’ Jake Freeman, Kevin Gonzalez, and Maggie Guajardo Kurtz oversee office and retail leasing activity for both projects.
