Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce the sale of 2727 W. Cypress Creek Road – a 25,000 sf office/flex building in Fort Lauderdale.
Robert Listokin, SIOR, Senior Vice President, and Sal Bonsignore, CCIM, Senior Commercial Associate, represented seller, The Miller Family, in the $2 million transaction. Camelot Properties of Florida, LLC. purchased the property for use as a law office for their Philadelphia based firm. 
“It was challenging finding a user for a 25,000-square-foot building in this market, however the building was a good fit and excellent opportunity for the buyer,” says Bonsignore. “This transaction is an example of what an ideal time it is for users to purchase commercial property, with prices still off significantly from their peak of three to four years ago.”
