Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM Receives Prestigious Industrial Deal Of The Year Award

Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM, President of Axis Realty Advisors and a 42-year veteran of the real estate industry, has been honored with the Industrial Deal of the Year Award.

The recognition was awarded for his successful execution of the sale of 1410 SW 29th Avenue in Pompano Beach between North Ridge Square, LLC and Front Gate Investment Properties, LLC (Sellers) to Faropoint (Buyer), which closed in March 2025.

The transaction stood out due to its unique challenges, including lease complexities, capital markets considerations, and multiple other intricacies that required Von Romer’s expertise and persistence. Von Romer represented both parties in the transaction.

The award was presented during the Realtors Revolution, the annual awards ceremony hosted by the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.

In addition to this achievement, Von Romer continues to play a key leadership role within the real estate community. He currently serves as the 2026 President-Elect of the Realtors® Commercial Alliance, is an active member of the Realtors® Commercial Alliance Education Committee and is the 2026 Broward CCIM District Designation Promotion and Candidate Development Chairman.
