Berger Commercial Realty’s Feuerman, Silver Negotiate 32,000-SF Lease Renewal

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Managing Director-Palm Beach County Michael Feuerman, Esq., SIOR, CCIM, along with Sales Associate Daniel Silver, negotiated a 32,000-square-foot long-term lease renewal on behalf of Fiberglass Coatings, Inc. (FGCI).

Fiberglass Coatings, Inc., which manufactures and sells composites (epoxies, resins, adhesives and fiberglass products) for the marine, construction and other industries, occupies a showroom and warehouse at 5553 Anglers Ave. in Dania Beach within Prologis Hollywood Park I.

FGCI is the largest independently owned composites distributor in Florida, serving thousands of customers in diverse industries ranging from marine to amusement to construction, and everything in-between. The company operates multiple locations with over 100+ employees, 200,000 square feet of warehousing, and a fleet of delivery trucks.  The company is headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL.

The landlord, Prologis, was represented by Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE.
