Airport East Distribution Center Reaches Full Occupancy With Two New Leases Totaling 162,000 SF

Cushman & Wakefield arranged two new leases at CenterPoint Properties’ Airport East Distribution Center, a last mile industrial property located at 7000 NW 32nd Ave. in Miami. The leases, totaling 162,119 square feet, bring the property to full occupancy and include one space for 102,446 square feet with Boise Cascade and another for 59,673 square feet with CozyDays.

Wayne Ramoski, Ivanna Leitner Perez, and Skylar Stein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties, in the lease negotiations. Will Falero of Pro Industrial represented CozyDays. Ken Morris and Sky Groden of JLL represented Boise Cascade.
