Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for two office buildings recently purchased by Boston-based real estate advisory firm TA Associates Realty: a 4-story, 57,565 square-foot building located at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami; and a 4-story, 59,591 square-foot building at 8550 NW 33rd Street in Doral. This new engagement grows the Blanca Commercial Real Estate leasing portfolio to 1.3 million square feet of office space within two years of the firm’s April 2009 launch. Both properties are currently 100 percent occupied.
“These buildings offer a quality environment in Miami’s most central locations and are an ideal leasing option for domestic and multinational tenants seeking close proximity to Miami International Airport, the region’s main highways, and the rapidly-growing residential areas of western Miami-Dade County and Southwest Broward,” said Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Danet Linares. “In a market that has seen many tenants look to upgrade their office space, assets boasting premium locations and well-capitalized owners – buildings such as these – will continue to attract a strong tenant mix well into the future.”
